Accommodations with Child

In many student residences/dormitories of the Studentenwerk München [Munich Student Union] rooms and appartments are available which are particularly suited for students with children. In newer residence halls such as for instance the Felsennelkenanger, there are residences at your disposal which are especially designed for families. They also have day-care facilities.

Further information for appropriate accomodation can be received from the Abteilung Studentisches Wohnen [department for student accommodations]. For students with children, a special helpdesk in the Studentenhaus [Student House] on Leopoldstraße is available. There you get comprehensive information and support for the organization of your study with children. There you can figure out, for example, how you can secure a place in day-care for your child and what other assistance- and care-facilities are available at the universities.
